01 ENG · AI Native Engineering

Every build,directed.

Software built from how your business actually runs. Agent teams do the build work; engineers design it, check it and answer for it.

What we build

One system, five layers.

What your team sees, and everything underneath it. We build one layer or the whole system.

How a build runs

People set the plan. Agents do the volume.

01 · Person

Survey

We see how the work runs today and talk to the people who do it. You get a process map, a baseline and one number to move.

02 · Person

Design

We redesign the workflow for agents from first principles, and decide which steps people own.

03 · Agents

Build

Agent teams write, test and document the system. Engineers review every change.

04 · Agents

Inspect

The system is tested against the baseline, on your data, before anyone relies on it.

05 · Person

Sign off

An engineer signs off the release and stays accountable for it in production.

Example · Apparel costing

From eight stages to five.

A per-style costing workflow for an apparel manufacturer. Eight stages run by eight people became five: a merchandiser starts it, agents gather the inputs, assemble the cost and check every line, and the costing lead approves.

Engineering × Creative

Spaces and 3D, built once.

Plans and sketches become one 3D scene, then photoreal renders, walkthroughs and VR that runs in the browser. Engineering and Creative build it as one team.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

What does AI Native Engineering mean?

It is the full software lifecycle, from discovery and architecture to build, testing, deployment and maintenance, run with orchestrated agent teams. Engineers design the system, direct the agents and sign off every release, so a person is accountable for what ships.

How do you deliver AI Native Engineering?

Through Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE): our engineers work inside your operation, in your systems and on your real data, until a working system runs in production. You pay for defined outputs, not for engineers’ time.

What kind of software do you build?

Web apps, dashboards and internal tools; agentic systems; models tuned to your business; integrations with your ERP, CRM and other systems, including MCP layers; and the hosting and monitoring underneath. We build one layer or the whole system.

Is it faster and cheaper than a traditional team?

That is the aim: agents carry the volume work, so a small team of engineers can deliver production software that would usually need a much larger one. We agree the target for your project up front and measure against it.

Who owns the code and where does it run?

Ownership and hosting are agreed in writing for each project. Client systems can run in your own environment; where we host, each client gets an isolated stack on AWS.
