What is AI Native Ops?
It is our offering for the work that runs your business: agents, agentic suites and automation that carry the repeatable work, with your people at the checkpoints. It also covers AI consulting, executive mentorship and team training.
How do you deliver AI Native Ops?
Through Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE): our engineers work inside your operation, in your systems and on your real data, until the agents run in production. You pay for defined outputs, not for engineers’ time.
Is this a SaaS product?
No. Each deployment is built for one client. We build and manage the agents and host only the agent layer, the decision and processing parts. Your data and systems stay on your side, and you pay for usage.
What happens when an agent is unsure?
Every agent checks its own confidence. Anything below the agreed threshold, or anything unusual or high-value, is routed to a person on your team to decide.
Do we need an agent for everything?
No. Where rules are enough we use rules: they are faster, cheaper and never drift. Agents go only where they earn their place.
